This instrumental track is a music box version of Vengel from the Vengel album. First distortion occurs, at some point, footsteps are heard (probably Lalue's), sounds of someone stabbing someone, gushing of blood, mechanical sounds.... and then a "starting engine sound" can be heard...
There is only one booklet page I can translate which says the following:
『この世界、全ての罪科を一人で背負うから』
私《Lalue》は
《Lucifer》といて、奈落へ君臨した――― 。
"I will carry all the sins of the world on by back alone"
I, "Lalue" started to reign over the abyss as "Lucifer".
