 This translation is actually ridiculously hard. It took me about 3 weeks to figure out what it'd mean lol, I still have doubts because its so ambiguous. I have no idea who is who and who kills who. I get the general gist of the story.. but it is very confusing.

A great princess once said: "Qu'ils mangent de la brioche?". If there is no bread why don't they eat cake? Looking down at the poor people who could not afford bread and living their own life in luxury... 

The parents of the poor princess are truly cruel. The one is brutal, the other is blissfully ignorant.

This song is my favourite song of the CD, it's catchy despite the cruel lyrics

This is the preview page of the second CD of Symholic!

I'd say I definitely prefer the voice of Momoki Mami over Aosaki Shizuku. Maybe Momoki Mami even over Yuduki. This CD kind of reminds me of Maisery in terms of melody and Akatsuki no Yona in terms of story. After listening to it for a few years I came to appreciate the tracks. A princess who knows nothing about the world suddenly realises how rotten it is and is determined to change it.

革命の叫び

血に染まる腕が私を呼ぶ
見つめた先に　昔の夢見た

巡る巡る光景の中
疑問にさえ思わない
冷酷な生きる屍
それが私だった

姫になった日

鳥の　さえずり
木漏れ日に目を奪われ
目を覚ますとそこは
王宮の部屋

いつからか　暮らしにも慣れた頃
私は　物言わぬ人形のように
繰り返す日々

欲しいものはすべて　買って貰えた
これ以上何も要らないはずなのに

涼しい風が頬　撫でる夕暮れ
庭の中　一人で遊ぶ
優しい両親は　忙しいから　
今日も　人るで遊ぶ

王宮の外も同じ光景が続く
そう教えられてきて　育ったから
鳴き声が聴こえてくるのが不思議だけど
疑問には思わなかった
振り返る日々

贅沢な暮らしを　送ってきた
これ以上希は無いと思ってたのに

あと少し経てば　約束の歳
この国の姫となる歳
教えてくれた事　すればいいだけ
私の世界になる

碧空の下　偽りの
愛を掲げた王は
宝石がついた指　差し出した
震える私の指に　愛の鎖をつけて
ただ冷たく微笑んだ

反逆の姫

私繰り返した
今まで学んだ事
穢されたる思想
気づくはずも無かった

歪む思考　今
壊れてしまいそうだけれど
全て抑え　閉ざした

緋く　燃える炎の中に
泣き叫び　もがき　許しを請う犯罪者
罪など定かでは無いのに
ただ灼かれ　果てる

私　繰り返した
幾度と言われた事
赦されざる行為
辞める術は無かった

神を冒涜し
人間の道を踏み外す
この行いこそ　罪

白く　凍える心の中に
渦巻いた　疑惑　確信　救済の措置
全てを行えば私は
姫では無くなる

一人　革命の　手を打った
実行し　民を開放する犯罪者　
禁忌を犯す私の中
もう迷いは無いから

願いは緋空へ

枯れた花びらを
見つめるように
揺れる　水面を
眺めているように

全てを終わらせて
私は罪人に
荒ぶこの世界に
終止符　打つ

暮れるこの緋空に
夢を願うならば
この悲劇だけは
繰り返さぬように

進む　荒れた地を

開放した　民に
感謝で包まれて
解放した　為に
亡くした人
