When I walk outside and listen to this song, I am almost always nearly moved to tears by this song. The feelings described in the lyrics hit so hard. I remember I was not able to tell someone how I felt, throughout the summer for several months. I got in a stage of self-denial, almost giving up on my feelings. "I want to be with that person, but,what if our futures were not meant to be together?" Every day I saw him and we parted ways I felt a strong painful feeling and I wanted to say "Don't go"... I want to be with you much longer...
Edit: After the snow of February 2021 melted.. this song had even more meaning for me. It described exactly how I felt.
Composition wise, this song is also great. It has a little bit of a traditional Japanese feel to it. I love how Komatsu Rina hits those high notes in the harmonies. The G5 sounds really beautiful, she has such a great range.

Translation note:
- 記憶の狭間に沈んでゆく, I interpret 狭間 as 'depths/abyss' of one's memories. More literally translated it means 'space', but i thought that depths sounded better
