Hereby the Kanji compilation of Zenoth! It is still subject to <error>s, as I am my own proofreader. As I run through the romaji and translations, I will most likely find some <error>s. Please point them out if you see them. And I will correct them <emotionless>.  The Engrish in the songs is not written by me though, it is as stated in the booklet, hence I don't correct that.

Zenoth CD Translation

Hello dear readers! It has been a while, but I am happy to announce that I'm working on translations again! As mentioned in the progress page I have started on Zenoth. The CD is so amazing, I am literally at loss of words. I came to love with the voice of Komatsu Rina/Lalue, the emotion and power she can put in her voice, I'm amazed. Ever since I started translating Symholic, the voice really grew on me. As for Hoshio Yuka (星魚有香), the guest vocalist, I listened to her in Eclipseed, and she has a real powerful yet warm voice too. One of my favourite songs by her is 碑のEternal Chain because of the Toccata and Fugue in D. I also found something really nice. Symholic now has a Spotify page! It would be great if you could support them there too.

Also, just look at this cover art! It's a back and front booklet. If you own the real CD (I bought my copy digitally on booth though) you can flip the booklet between Lalue and the goddess. The art is done by Chitose Rin feat REL* as usual.

Please consider to buy the CD here, it is totally worth the 1000 yen! The vocals are so splendid, the instrumentals were masterfully crafted. Everything is worth it.

The CD is a sequel to both Vengel and Maisery, being the last battle with the  " God(dess) of lies".
 There are a lot of references to the other CD's, like the flowers... Mary, paradise etc! I hope I can point out all links later :) This will be done in a compilation post, but I cannot expect it to come out anytime soon, as I prefer to directly get to translating -LostFairy-. I have bought the new CD :).

Well this CD focusses on the past and present of both characters "Lalue"  and the " Goddess of lies". The first song focusses on the present of Lalue, who is just emotionlessly cutting flowers for the goddess, who is introduced in song 2. Song 3 and song 4 elaborate on the past of both. The goddess used to be a family of 5, but their souls were fused and put in a doll as a result of an experiment. Lalue used to be a human girl, who was bored by daily life, thought up the existence of angels in her mind as result of having seen them in a picture book, which she of course could not see.Her childish innocent imagination, "White angels take off to the sky and I can see them!", a lie she made up, is seen as witchcraft bij the adults. The adults put her on fire and she dies. Then she actually is subjected to soul transfer, which is not described in Vengel's songs, and becomes a mechanical angel amongst many, used to cut down those who oppose the goddess (which is also not described in Vengel, Vengel focusses on bringing the souls of innocent children to the god).  Then the fifth song is a final battle between the two. Lalue manages to win and has reduced the zenoth to zero. What happens then....? Well that is not described well! It is only slightly touched upon in the booklet pages. Thus, I leave it up to your imagination!

The name Zenoth comes from the two words Zenith(highest point of the heaven from the point of the observer) and Zero. They come together in one stanza  偽りの『楽園 OR 頂』を『零』へと還す meaning I will reduce the paradise (zenith) of lies to zero. Zenoth is a coined word like Maisery and Vengel. Vengel = Vengeance + Angel, Maisery = Mary + Misery, Zenoth = Zenith + Zero.

The songs in the order of which I liked to the ones to the ones I liked least. I had great trouble deciding an order. All songs are simply divine. I think I have to go for 2>5>4>1>3. I have no idea where to place the instrumental track 6, but it is just as good as the other songs. 3 is still an amazing song, the softness and gentleness of Hoshio Yuka is truly a godly treat to my ears, but I think all the other songs are slightly slightly superior to this one. 2 truly truly truly is an amazing song, 5 is also truly amazing, at loss of words for that. The blend of a godly voice, a desperate angel's voice... ah... too good to be true.  Coincidentially the order in which I like the songs are the same as the order of when I first listened to the XFD.

Hello blog readers.
As you know I haven't posted anything for weeks. Reasons: Busy at school. Deadlines... Covid...
While I do transcribe while commuting, it doesnt change that I don't have internet on the train. Neither do I have time to proofread. I still have to put up preview pages too, but i prefer to do that when I am less busy.

I do NOT have the CD nor do I have the scans. Currently I cannot afford to spend ~ 50 euros on the CD, as there is no way to get this cd digitally.  Yes, the actual price is 3143 yen (tax included), but if you want to add service costs from tenso/cdjapan/any proxy service, shipping to Europe (where I live, as you can deduce that because I said euro) and possibly extra costs of VAT/import duties... Not looking forward to it. I have bought LostFairy CDs before of course, last time when I bought Grimgald PHYSICALLY, it costed me that much money and as much as I love -LostFairy-, I cannot afford it every time.

This song is SO AMAZING. I was like mega HYPE when this came out. At first I thought it was Vengel in the picture, but the song is unrelated to the Vengel album.  See Komatsu Rina/Lalue's response.

Luckily, the transcription was done by Paspal himself! So I didnt have that much work on this song.
In my own transcription and translation i included the "engrish" from the video (also for the subscripts). I actually hoped for a complete CD, but instead this song is on its own. Oh well, it doesn't make the song worse :). I'm hyped for Zenoth already... I will surely buy it if it's on booth as DL. I wish Lalue and Paspal best of luck on the M3, I hope they stay safe!

This song is so so so amazing, the technique lalue sings with, the sentiment she puts in her voice, the consistency with which she can hit those beautiful high notes after the "Mindless" / "Isolation". Just wow. There is nothing i can find about this composition that disappoints me.

Anyway, this song is about another mechanical angel, who wants to obtain power, desperately. She offers herself to a devil as a sacrifice... and gains the power to control time, in order to purify the world from sins.

Tiny update from me

Hello all!
Hereby a tiny update from me.

The Crossfade of Symholic is out. It is SO AMAZING, I was amazed beyond words...  Lalue teams up with 星魚有香 (Hoshio Yuka), the vocal of AYUTRICA/EclipSEED. I will definitely buy this album... 1000 yen is SO worth it.

The song Altaria is actually NOT featured in the CD. Since the girl from Altaria (who is not Vengel btw, I asked Komatsu Rina about that), I will translate that song as well.

Old news, but still news: The crossfade of LostFairy had been out for a long time.
The songs are almost all new, except for discard and 血に飢えし魔獣の狂気 (renamed) sung by Hato, now sung by Sayu. You can still hear Hato in the background though. I think Noble Blood and Venus Blood are also connected.
