This song is sung by Eupe and Tanezaki Atsumi does the voice acting in the beginning and middle of the song.
I realised I misspelt the word 鐘 as 瞳 in the kanji at first, I have fixed it now. I thought it was very strange that "eyes of Festivity" would guide her.
I don't have much to say about this song composition wise, I like it, but it would probably place somewhere in the middle in terms of my enjoyment.

Hikari ga tsumugishi shinpi no shirabe
A melody of mystery, woven by light
shukusai no kane ga 「watashi」 wo michibiku
furisosoida hoshi no kakera kagayaki hajimeru
seoishi sadame no imi sae shirazu ni
kaze no you ni tori no you ni jiyuu na sora de tayutai
tsumugareteku kiseki -hoshiyomi no uta-
The bell of festivity guide “the girl (me)”
Star fragments poured down and start to shine
Without knowing the meaning of the fate she carries on her back,
she freely flutters in the sky, like the wind, like a bird
A miracle is woven together – The Stargazing song -
nanigenai hibi wo odayaka ni sugoshiteta
mitasare nagara mo mada minu sekai ni akogare
She spent her casual days peacefully,
And although she was fulfilled, she longed for worlds she had not seen yet
kirakira to hikaru yasashii hizashi wo abite
chiisana hakoniwa de asa wo mukaeru yorokobi
A gentle gaze, flooded with glittering light
The happiness of welcoming the morning in a small miniature garden
Sequentia
otozureta yousei ga tanoshisou ni odori dasu
asu wo tomo ni tsudzuru yuukyuu no Sequentia
The visiting fairies start to dance, they look as if they are having fun,
they spell out “tomorrow” together: “the Sequentia of Eternity”
shuukaku no sono ga kisetsu wo irodoru
amai kajitsu hiroi atsume samayoi hajimeru
seoishi sadame ni aragai mo sezu ni
yume no you ni hana no you ni hiroi daichi ni chirabaru
ikusen mono kiseki tadori hajimeru...
The gardens of harvest colour our seasons
She collects sweet fruits and starts to wander
without resisting the fate she carries on my back,
she starts to follow thousands of miracles...
like a dream, like flowers scattered around the vast land
kirakira to hikaru seiza wo nagame nagara
chiisana hakoniwa de yoru wo mukaeru yorokobi
While she gazes at the constellations flooded with glittering light
She feels the happiness of welcoming the night in a small miniature garden
Sequentia
otozureta yousei ga tanoshisou ni odoridasu
asu wo tomo ni tsudzuru yuukyuu no Sequentia
The visiting fairies start to dance, they look as if they are having fun,
they spell out “tomorrow” together: “the Sequentia of Eternity”
kore ga kaserareta sadame dato iu no nara
watashi wa... yorokonde sore wo uke iremashou」
“The world will show me the ideal road.
If this is my imposed fate,
I... will gladly accept it”
Euphoria
itsuka tadoritsukeru? mugen no Euphoria
Will she arrive there someday? At the infinite Euphoria?
shukusai no kane ga 「watashi」 wo michibiku
furisosoida hoshi no kakera kagayaki hajimeru
yagate toki ga tachi sono subete wo shiri
tozasareteta tobira wo ake sora to daichi wo kanjite
gensou no kanata he to...
The bell of festivity guide “the girl (me)”
Star fragments poured down and start to shine
After all, as time passes by, she shall know everything
and she will open the closed doors and feel the sky and the earth
Towards the boundary of fantasy...
shukusai no kane ga 「watashi」 wo michibiku
inoru you ni aisu you ni towa no sekai wo mimamori
